Shipping + Returns
Shipping
Orders will be processed within two (2) business days from order placement. If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, we will begin working on it the next business day. If your order is less than $25, we offer a USPS First Class mail option, otherwise all orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Ground shipping is free for any order of $100 or more with code FREE100 (48 contiguous states only). Free shipping does not apply to expedited shipping (only UPS Ground).
Returns
If you are unhappy with order, you may request a return of your purchase for a full refund. Any returned items must be received by Palmer Studio within 21 days of the date your order was shipped; we can only accept items in their original condition and product packaging. Sealed items, such as boxes of correspondence cards and wall calendars, must remain sealed in order to be eligible for return. Any returns not meeting these conditions will be returned to the sender. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please examine your order upon receipt as all damaged goods or incorrect orders must be reported to Palmer Studio by e-mail within 48 hours of delivery to you so that we may follow up with you to make arrangements. Please save all of the original packing materials.
Refunds will be issued to the purchasing credit card for merchandise value and any applicable taxes. We cannot refund shipping charges unless your return is a result of our error. Please insure your return shipment as lost shipments are the responsibility of the sender.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shop@worldofpalmer.com.
To initiate a return request,
1. Log in to your account via the My Account link in the website footer:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the item/s that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note.
5. Click “Request return”.
